Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any Nante Studio mobile application, website, or software product (together, or individually, the "Service") operated by Nante Studio ("we", "us", or "our").

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY, THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You may not use the Service if you are 13 years of age or younger. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are over the age of 13. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

2. User Accounts

Some Services require you to register for an account using Apple, Google, or email authentication. You agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and you will keep it up-to-date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You will notify us immediately if you believe your account is compromised.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect abuse, suspicious activity, or violation of these Terms.

Some apps operate without user accounts and only collect anonymous data.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

4. Content and Ownership

• Your Content: You retain all rights to content you create or upload. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service.
• Our Content: All intellectual property of Nante Studio (code, graphics, UI, trademarks) remains our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
• AI-Generated Content: Content generated through AI features may be subject to the terms of third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI). You are responsible for your use of AI-generated content.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some Services offer in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions. By making a purchase, you agree:

• Payment: All purchases are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime via Settings → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policy.
• Free Trials: Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

6. Service Availability

• Services may change, be updated, or discontinued at any time without notice.
• Some features may be experimental or in beta.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We are not liable for any data loss resulting from service changes or discontinuation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NANTE STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nante Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Notice Regarding Apple

If you are using our mobile application on an iOS device, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Nante Studio only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the Service, including product liability claims, regulatory compliance, or intellectual property infringement. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Service or our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
